Business Law I for the Biotechnology Industry

Catalog description

This course is designed to develop a basic understanding of those areas of the law most relevant to the general business and biotech industry and instruct on how to best manage legal risk and properly take advantage of unique industry opportunities. This course will give students an overview of the US legal system in general, it?s strengths and weaknesses, and general overviews of areas more closely related to technology industries. This course will use current industry topic areas, events, and be real world focused and interactive.
