Capstone lab 4: Microbiology. Builds on BIOL 370W through investigative experiments in Microbial Genetics and Microbial Ecology. The course takes the form of an authentic research project with several interrelated experimental goals and each experiment building on the previous one. The first half focuses on microbial genetics and the second half on microbial ecology.
