Advanced General Biology II

Catalog description

This course investigates living systems at the organismal, community, and ecosystem levels. Included is a survey of the diversity of life, ecology, and evolution. The information and concepts essential to understanding the biological sciences are integrated with the process and excitement of scientific discovery. This course is restricted to Biology majors. Freshman course. Prerequisite: permission of instructor. Students must register concurrently for BiOL 117L.
