1 section
Catalog description
'Writing for Change' is designed to develop students' understanding of and skills in writing for impact in multiple public genres. From social media posts to blog posts, opinion pieces, and essays, students will craft compelling, evidence-based writing that advocates for policies, ideas, and actions meant to contribute to a more just and equitable society. We will draw on personal histories and interests as a starting point for students to develop a portfolio of work.
