Catalog description

With growing demand for accountability and impact across sectors, project management has become a top skill sought by development organizations. The principles, disciplines, and tools that comprise project management are designed to ensure that organizations deliver quality products and/or services on time and on budget while managing the often-competing needs of governments, funders, and beneficiaries. This course is designed for graduate students with some project-based experience. Having studied the Project DPro Guide and related course materials, students will be well-prepared to take the Project DPro certification exam and become PM certified by the end of the semester.
