Catalog description

This course will discuss a variety ethical issues raised by recent developments in artificial intelligence, including the nature, safety, privacy, justice, responsibility, and moral status of AI. We will also explore ways to build human morality into AI systems and companies. No prerequisites, but advance readings will be recommended for students without background in moral philosophy and/or artificial intelligence.
