Catalog description
This course is designed to introduce students to the conceptual and methodological foundations for identifying an entrepreneurial opportunity in healthcare and developing a business plan. Entrepreneurship begins with an identified unmet need in the marketplace leading to the creation of a plan for a business entity, such as an independent clinical practice or for a product to be sold on the market. Pre- or co-requisite: Nursing 703.
