This doctoral seminar will provide an overview of science and research on the trajectories of chronic illness and care systems and their intersection. Fall topics will include an overview of the trajectories model, patterns of human responses to chronic illness, approaches to understanding trajectories and development, the care systems and their intersection through which individuals and groups interact to change illness trajectories.
