Introduction to study of individual and group behavior within organized settings. Emphasis given to managerial strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. Topics include leadership, motivation and reward systems; decision making, power and politics; conflict management, globalization, justice and ethics; and organization culture, structure and design. Special attention to critical assessment of new technological options in organizational settings with an aim to produce informed, ethical consumers and managers.
