Catalog description
This course will cover advanced topics in combinatorics, aiming at advanced undergraduate students, and junior graduate students. Some sample topics include modern combinatorics, probabilistic methods in combinatorics, and algebraic methods in combinatorics. Recommended prerequisites: Linear algebra (Math 218 or 221), combinatorics (Math 371), real analysis (Math 431 or 531), and probability (Math 230 or 340).
