Catalog description

'This is a theme-based writing seminar course that has an emphasis on cross-cultural inquiry. It provides guided practice in intellectual reading and writing of the sort expected in courses across the academy and in civic and professional life beyond the university. The specific theme of the course will vary according to instructor. This course may be repeated for credit if the course content of the two courses is different. This course is open to all undergraduate students, but for EAP-track students the prerequisite is EAP 102B. For EAP-track students, this course can be counted toward completion of their 8 EAP credit requirement.' 001123
