Catalog description
This course covers multimedia information systems, including presentation media, hypermedia, graphics, animation, sound, video, and integrated authoring techniques as well as the underlying technologies that make them possible. Students gain practice in the design innovation, programming, and assessment of web-based digital multimedia information systems. The course includes sections on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, graphical and responsive design approaches, and frameworks. Students may substitute an approved Computer Science or Social Policy track methods course if they have suitable experience with web development and appropriate reparation. 001887
