Catalog description
This course is a continuation of CHINESE 131 A and B. This course will continue developing students' reading and writing ability in Chinese, improving their pronunciation and their grasp of the grammatical structures of Mandarin, and expanding vocabulary beyond daily life. Students will develop these skills both through curricular activities (such as pair work, writing essays and diaries, and group work) and extracurricular activities (such as Chinese Table and Language Partners). Topics of the course will vary from home and social life to cultural and social issues. 001020
