Catalog description
This course focuses on the analysis of genomic and genome-related biological data sets using computational methods. The course will cover not only the identification, retrieval and exploration of specific values from a large, genomic data set, but will also include the genome-scale comparison of data sets. Topics discussed will include genome sequence assembly, alignments, RNAseq analysis, motif finding, and gene classifications. 001424
