Catalog description

Develops fluency and broadens interactional skills for everyday communication in diverse social settings while consolidating linguistic foundation and conversational routines. Builds skills for reading and responding to complex sentences and simple informational texts. Prerequisite: Korean 101 or equivalent (knowledge of Hangul and listening and speaking ability to exchange rudimentary information in service and familiar settings). Students with equivalent preparation to the prerequisite course should contact instructor for a permission number.
