Catalog description

This is a travel study course that provides students with intense six-week field-based research and learning experience focusing on human origins at Laetoli in northern Tanzania. Paleoanthropology field school is a three modules course in evolutionary anthropology focusing on paleoanthropology, geology, paleoecology and conservation of Laetoli World Heritage Site. Introductory level biological anthropology, biology, geology and/or archeology is recommended to get the most out of the research opportunities.
