Students will be challenged to apply the skills and knowledge they have acquired through the program to develop a strategic career management plan. More specifically, the course is intended to expose the students to strategies to delineate a personal vision, mission and values; determine and achieve career goals; explore existing beliefs and strategies, and seek ways to improve personal strengths and mitigate weaknesses.
