Catalog description

This course surveys a number of data science and machine learning techniques for analyzing large-scale datasets, focusing on the basics of supervised and unsupervised methods in machine learning, including an introduction of modern deep learning techniques. Applications include health data, imagery, and time-series. Prerequisites: basic knowledge of probability and statistics, linear algebra, and coding.
