Catalog description

In this course, students will explore topics in physical and chemical biology as it pertains to the engineering of biomolecules, from DNA, RNA, to proteins. In the lab, students will integrate state-of-the-art computational methods, from structure-based modeling to deep learning, with experimental bioengineering methodologies to design novel biomolecules with useful properties.
