Catalog description

Pathogens have evolved a broad set of strategies for growing and dividing in a host. We will explore the complex and dynamic host-pathogen interactions from the perspective of a variety of pathogenic organisms. This seminar style course will include lectures, discussions, readings, and presentations of primary literature by students. Recommended prerequisite: Biology 201L and 202L.
