Catalog description

This course is an introduction to population-focused nursing practice. It will emphasize the needs of vulnerable at-risk populations across the lifespan - 2 theory hours. Successful completion of both the theory and clinical components of the course with a letter grade of 'C+' (2.3) or higher is necessary to pass the course. Prerequisites: Successful completion of the previous semester's Nursing course work with a 'C+' (2.3) or higher and eligible for senior 1 level standing in the Nursing program. Corequisite: NURL 4150 - clinical.
