MBAH 5409 Organizational Behavior in Healthcare -- In this course, students learn how managerial and organizational processes work in healthcare settings by using behavioral sciences. They examine the role and dynamics of individual and group interactions and analyze workplace behavior and culture to improve motivation and commitment, job satisfaction, team dynamics, and organizational design. Students use behavioral models to understand how to improve leadership and effect change management in the healthcare sector.
