MBAH 5400 Healthcare Economics & Delivery Systems -- This course focuses on the application and analysis of microeconomic concepts in the global healthcare sector and the healthcare ecosystem. Topics include: Demand and supply, elasticity, health insurance, regulation, social determinants of health (including environmental factors), competition, and cost effectiveness analysis. Emphasis is on the use of economic analysis for strategic planning in healthcare.
