Catalog description

This course introduces students to the principles, theories, and key research in interpersonal communication. Students critically examine the communication process as it pertains to interpersonal relationships in various contexts (i.e., intercultural, workplace, romantic, family, etc.) and explore how culture and gender shapes how we perceive and relate to others.
