Catalog description

To help someone develop a new skill or movement one must understand motor learning and control. This course will cover key fundamentals of motor learning and control that will help students understand what is going, why it is going on, and how to structure activities that will lead to efficient development. In this course students will learn to develop a knowledge framework to address problems, how to structure activities for individuals and groups, which learning processes are the most effective and why, and how to organize and communicate effectively with clients (and oneself).
