Catalog description

This is a standard introductory course in differential equations and their applications in modeling dynamic phenomena. Topics include first, second and higher order differential equations; systems of first order equations, linear, homogeneous and nonhomogeneous differential equations; solutions by power series; numerical methods, LaPlace transforms; and applications. (C-ID MATH 240)
