Jazz/Pop Ensemble 3

Catalog description

This course is intended for students with prior experience in jazz or pop music who seek to refine their skills in a more advanced ensemble setting. This course emphasizes complex arrangements, improvisation, and nuanced performance techniques. Note: Students are expected to provide their own instrument. The College may provide some instruments and equipment, including a drum kit and piano as well as amplifiers and microphones for guitar, bass and vocals.
