Catalog description

This course is designed to prepare the paramedic student to manage numerous types of cardiology emergencies. Topics including the etiology and epidemiology of cardiopulmonary diseases and conditions will be discussed as well as the means of identifying and describing the function of cardiopulmonary system. NOTE Requirement: Certification as a current Emergency Medical Technician and CPR provider.
