Intermediate Listening/Speaking II

Catalog description

(Formerly ESL/ELL 046) This course is designed to enhance the listening and speaking skills of high-intermediate ELL students. Students entering the course should be able to engage in discussions on various topics and develop spontaneous responses into well-organized, connected sentences. Throughout the course, students will refine their speaking abilities by participating in dialogues, group discussions, and presentations. Additionally, they will strengthen their listening comprehension through active listening and note-taking practice. It is recommended that students take this course with ELL grammar, reading, and writing courses of at least 030 levels.
