Performing Musical Theatre

Catalog description

Theatre is an introductory course designed to teach students the foundational skills required to perform musical theatre. Students will learn the history of the American Musical and apply that knowledge to their development as performers. Students will perform solos and ensemble songs throughout the semester. The course will include a public performance. (The course has a required lab.) Counts for the Music major and minor Satisfies the Visual and Performing Arts requirement
