Catalog description

Leaders, teams, and organizations are closely intertwined in the operations of social institutions, social structures, and social processes. The course provides an introduction to models and theories of leadership, processes inherent in the dynamics of small group interactions, and critical insights from organizational theory. Satisfies Communication Studies major and minor requirement. Satisfies the Social-Scientific Thought requirement.
