Russian Mass Media

Catalog description

This course support students’ growth in understanding and responding to the Russian mass media, which has its own style, register, and vocabulary. Students will develop reading and writing skills as well as skills in understanding fluent oral speech in a journalistic style. Russian mass media represents a key cultural and linguistic competency for Russian Studies majors, minors, and other students with interest in the former Soviet space.
