Women in American Religion

Catalog description

Using biographies and autobiographies of women from various periods and traditions of American religion, this course will explore women’s roles in those traditions and the conventions through which those women have been portrayed. Satisfies a major or interdisciplinary minor requirement in Communication Studies. Satisfies the Philosophical and Religious Perspectives requirement. Satisfies the Justice, Equality, and Community requirement.
