An overview of the field of Career Planning and Development, including major theories and research on career choice, self-assessment, career transition, and career management across the lifespan. Emphasis will be on critical evaluation and application to students’ own processes of career development. Fulfills a requirement in the Social/Industrial-Organizational area of the Psychology major.
