A. Kuchera Properties and applications of atomic nuclei are examined through nuclear structure, reactions, and decays. These topics will be studied from both theoretical and experimental perspectives to understand the nature of the fundamental nuclear forces. Satisfies Physics major requirement. Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites: Two or more of Physics 330, 350, 360, and 400, or permission of the instructor. (Spring)
