Catalog description
Examines the challenges of leading teams in the complex operational environment. The course highlights dimensions of terrain analysis, patrolling, route planning, defensive operations, navigational methods, and operations orders. Further study of the Army Leadership Requirements Model explores the dynamics of adaptive leadership in the context of military operations. Prerequisites & Notes MIL 102, which may be taken concurrently. Participation in leadership lab is required (various locations - transportation provided). There is no military obligation to take this course. Open to all Davidson students. (Spring) Not for credit
