French Writing and Grammar Review

213 is a course designed to improve written expression and fluency through the study and practice of composition and systemic advanced grammar review. Students will be provided with a solid foundation in French syntax through the review of complex grammatical structures, tenses, idiomatic expressions, vocabulary enrichment, and film analysis. The various reading, writing exercises, and film syntax analysis executed in class and through homework will aim at helping students understand linguistic nuances while consolidating and extending their mastery of the French language at an advanced level. Satisfies French and Francophone Studies major and minor requirement. Prerequisites & Notes FRE 201 or 205
