Advanced Poetry Writing

Catalog description

A “laboratory” course focusing upon advanced work in writing poetry, with various experimental techniques explored, to consider what a poem is and/or does. The course is workshop-based: peer critiques constitute the basis for each class. A collection of poems is required as a final project. Prerequisites & Notes Course may be repeated for credit if taught by two different professors.
