Senior Capstone

Catalog description

The senior capstone course for the Communication Studies major integrates communication theories and scholarly research as the basis for the investigation of key research questions concerning processes of communication. The course culminates in a major creative project bringing together a variety of theoretical perspectives depending on majors’ interests within the various subfields of the Communication discipline. Only senior majors may register for COM 495. Majors should have completed their method requirement by the end of junior year or before enrolling in the capstone course senior year.
