Virtual technology plays a critical role in business environments, supporting communication, collaboration, productivity, and decision-making in the workplace. This course examines commonly used digital tools and platforms that support professional business operations, including productivity applications, virtual meeting technologies, artificial intelligence tools, and emerging and immersive technologies. Emphasis is placed on professional communication, virtual workplace etiquette, workflow efficiency, and effective participation in virtual teams. The course also addresses data security, privacy, ethical responsibilities, and strategies for adapting to ongoing technological change.
