Examines the fundamental elements of channel systems and various institutions that utilize such systems. Distribution models that describe different industries will be investigated. These models will include ways to assess the legal environment and how price is impacted by channel relationships. (F) Prerequisite: LSCM 3251 with a "C" or better.
