Introduces students to an organization's resources and processes in its efforts to create products or services. The set of resources planned and managed includes the work force, equipment, materials and information. Topics include coverage of operations strategy and managing change, product design, process selection and planning, and controlling the supply chain. (F, S) Prerequisite: BUSA 2850, COMM 1110, ENGL 1102, all with a "C" or better.
