This required course for INTS majors will introduce them to the philosophical and theoretical bases of knowledge construction and an interdisciplinary approach to knowledge, including research methodologies used in higher education and needed for upper division courses; build a foundation for developing reflective processes and personal learning; allow personal career exploration and preparation; and facilitate their educational, personal, and professional success.
