C Spanish for the Professions

Catalog description

Term hours: 54 lecture. This course provides students with the linguistic skills and cultural knowledge necessary for working in an increasingly global community of Spanish speakers. The course continues the development of Spanish skills applied to selected professional fields such as business, health care, education, information technology, and law. Students will learn vocabulary related to these fields and become familiar with the professional culture and customs of the Hispanic world. This course is taught in Spanish. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option. (CSU)
