Formerly BIOL 107 C Term hours: 54 lecture. This course is a study of the biological basis of human nutrition, including a survey of anatomical and physiological principles. A study of the human diet in the context of disease prevention, world food supply, and ecological factors will also be included. Pass/No Pass/Letter Grade Option.
