C Mortuary Jurisprudence

Term hours: 54 lecture. This course is a continuation of MORT 236 C and provides the funeral service practitioner with a review of sources of law, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to funeral service; as well as the legal and ethical aspects of being a licensed cemetery manager and crematory manager. Field trips will be required. Enrollment limited to those accepted into the Funeral Service baccalaureate degree program. (CSU)
