Term hours: 54 lecture. This course consists of the psychological study of athletes on all levels of competition. The course includes such areas as competition, understanding coaches, goal setting, motivation, youth sports, anxiety and stress, relaxation and sport imagery, relationships, and drug abuse in sports.
