C Leadership in Healthcare

Catalog description

A minimum grade of 'C' in Completion of, or concurrent enrollment in, a California Community College Bachelor's Degree Program. Term hours: 54 lecture. This upper division course is designed to provide the student with a study of leadership aspect includes ethics, systemic intervention to reduce healthcare disparities, culture awareness, building a team environment, interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution. The upper division general education course is intended only for students enrolled in a California Community College baccalaureate program. (CSU)
