Catalog description

Term hours: 36 lecture. This is the first of two courses designed to provide the student with the knowledge and experience necessary to work within the community in the area of oral public health. Emphasis will be placed on the understanding of developing a community health project, use of statistics, and the development of teaching strategies for use in the classroom. Students are expected to work with target groups within the community. (CSU)
