Term hours: 72 lecture. This course is designed to train the legal secretarial, paralegal, or court reporting student in legal procedures and practical law office skills and knowledge in the areas of general office duties, non-court documents, the courts, court documents, litigation, appeals, and other court actions. This course may be taught using a computer. Three hours of court observation required.
